You have to keep your account and registration details updated with correct details for receiving the communications related to your purchases from the Website. By submitting our webform, you are agreeing to our T&C to receive promotional calls on the number shared, and such calls and SMS would be coming from a third party platform.
Noble Life Energy stores only the necessary information required to make a purchase through the Website and does not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your consent. After placing an order on the Website, if you choose to make prepaid payments through any of the various methods allowed on the Website, Noble Life Energy does not save any information related to your credit/ debit cards or CVV number. All the information you provide is processed through a secure server for enabling online transactions.
The user is required to provide true and accurate information in all instances where such information is requested from you by noblelife.energy. Further, noblelife.energy reserves full rights to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. The address at which the delivery of the product, ordered by you, is to be made needs to be correct and proper. In case of non-delivery or late delivery of orders on account of a mistake on your part (wrong or incomplete name, address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Noble Life Energy for redelivery of the said order shall be borne by the customer, prior to the redelivery.
You authorise noblelife.energy to contact you for any transactional purposes related to your order/ account.
Noble Life Energy by no means shall entertain any complaint after 15 days from the date of the delivery of the order.
Cancellation, Complaints and Refund Policy
Please take note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process thus we cancel such orders even if approved. We reserve the right, solely at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some unavoidable circumstances that may lead to the cancellation of your order include unavailability of stocks, inaccurate or error in the offered product or pricing and other information that is a misprint. We will connect with you and take your consideration regarding all or any part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required for us to accept your order.
In case we are not able to process your order due to reasons such as unserviceable location, delivery restrictions the order will be cancelled after 7 working days we will initiate a refund. We will not be able to cancel the orders that have already been processed and shipped out.
No claims or action arising out of the use of the Website or these Terms and conditions may be brought by you more than one month after the cause of action relating to such claim or action arose. If you have a dispute with Noble Life Energy or are dissatisfied with the Website, termination of your use of the Website is your sole remedy. Noble Life Energy has no obligation, liability or responsibility to you.
If the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wishes to replace it, they would only be able to do so within 15 days from the receipt of the product and that they are ready to pay the shipping fee.
